The Founder and President of The T.E.A.M. Gray Foundation, James "Jay" Gray has a desire to help those in need and be a positive impact on the lives of the youth that he comes in contact with. Born and raised in Bluefield, Virginia, Jay is a firm believer that education and a strong sense of self discipline are integral in the foundation
The Founder and President of The T.E.A.M. Gray Foundation, James "Jay" Gray has a desire to help those in need and be a positive impact on the lives of the youth that he comes in contact with. Born and raised in Bluefield, Virginia, Jay is a firm believer that education and a strong sense of self discipline are integral in the foundation of growing as a young adult. Jay attended Bluefield State College majoring in Education, he obtained his Master's Degree in Educational Management from Strayer University in Charlotte, NC and his School Administration licensure from Wingate University. Jay has been a public school teacher in VA and NC for 20 years. He has also been a coach and mentor for hundreds of student-athletes over the years. Founding this organization is a wonderful accomplishment and a way for Jay to continue with the humanitarian work that his father, uncle and brother had started.

Born and raised in Bluefield, West Virginia, Sonja believes that having self discipline and a high self esteem are essential in becoming a positive member of today's society. Sonja is a Bluefield High School graduate and a graduate of Bluefield State College with a B.S. Degree in Criminal Justice. Sonja has also obtained her Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Strayer University in Charlotte, North Carolina. Sonja has been working in the health care field in multiple capacities for over 15 years and continues to be a benefit to her employer Novant Health and to all of the patients that she is involved with. Co-Founding this organization is also a great accomplishment and another opportunity for Sonja to continue with her passion to help others.
